Yes. Choosing the bike, quote, electronic signature, deposit, registration and delivery are all handled remotely: you receive every document by email and track your order from your customer area. No visit to the workshop is required.

Every used bike undergoes a full workshop inspection: brakes, transmission, tyres, suspension, electronics, corrosion. The report is handed to you together with the service book and the list of work carried out before the bike was put up for sale.

Our prices are set as fairly as possible after studying the market and include full preparation. We do not apply last-minute discounts: what is advertised online is what appears on the quote.

An available vehicle is ready for collection 48 hours after payment of the balance, the time needed for registration. For home delivery, allow ten working days in mainland France.

Flatbed truck delivery covers mainland France. For Corsica and the overseas departments, we arrange transport to the port and send you a personalised freight forwarder quote.

Yes. We handle the registration application, including the change of owner for used bikes. Regional taxes and any malus remain payable by you and appear separately on the invoice.

It covers parts and labour on the engine, gearbox, final drive, electrical system and brakes, with no mileage cap. Wear parts — pads, tyres, chain, filters — are excluded.

Yes, the warranty remains valid as long as servicing is carried out by a qualified professional, at the manufacturer’s intervals, with parts of equivalent quality and a supporting invoice.

The commercial warranty stays with the vehicle if it is resold to a private individual, for the remaining term. Simply send us the name of the new owner.
